By using IRGO AI Feed (“Service”) — including the website (irfeed.dev), the MCP server (irfeed-mcp), and our API — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

IRGO AI Feed provides structured, AI-Ready Korean public company Investor Relations (IR) data — quarterly earnings, IPO IR books, NDR decks, and corporate strategy presentations from KOSPI- and KOSDAQ-listed companies. The Service is designed to be consumed by AI agents (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor) and software applications via the MCP protocol or REST API.

2. Account Registration

The free tier requires only an email address; no payment information is collected
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your API key confidential
You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Free Tier — “Free 10 Forever”

The following ten Korean stocks are free for all users without quotas:

Samsung Electronics (005930), SK Hynix (000660), Hyundai Motor (005380), LG Energy Solution (373220), Samsung Biologics (207940), NAVER (035420), Kakao (035720), Celltrion (068270), POSCO Holdings (005490), KB Financial (105560).

For other KOSPI/KOSDAQ stocks, the free tier includes 50 API calls per month. Above that, a paid tier is required.

We reserve the right to modify the free tier list with 30 days’ advance notice via email.

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate Korean securities law
Resell or redistribute the data to third parties as a primary commercial product (use within an end-user-facing AI product is permitted)
Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass authentication
Issue automated requests that exceed reasonable rate limits (≥ 10 req/sec per IP)
Misrepresent the data’s source or fidelity score
Use the Service to make investment recommendations to other parties without disclosing that the data is AI-extracted from public IR materials and may contain errors

5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

THE SERVICE PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE.

We extract data from publicly available IR PDFs using AI (Marker OCR + LLM extraction + DART cross-reference)
Every filing carries a fidelity score (0-100); we recommend filtering for ≥ 90 in production use
We do NOT guarantee accuracy. Always verify against the original IR PDF (linked from each filing’s metadata) before making financial decisions
We are not responsible for trading losses or financial decisions made based on Service output

6. Source Attribution

The original Korean IR PDFs are copyrighted by the issuing companies. IRGO Feed:

Does NOT claim copyright over original PDFs
Provides extracted KPI and short summaries under fair use principles (factual information from public disclosure)
Always links the source PDF in metadata
Operates the structured data layer (extraction tooling, schema) under MIT license

You agree to credit “IRGO Feed (irfeed.dev)” when redistributing structured data in user-facing applications.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee any specific availability level on the free tier
Scheduled maintenance will be announced via X (@IRFeed_dev) at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Paid tier SLAs (when introduced) will be defined in a separate addendum

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the irfeed.dev settings page or by emailing privacy@irfeed.dev.

9. Changes to These Terms

We will post updated Terms at irfeed.dev/terms and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRGO FEED AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR DAMAGES FROM TRADING DECISIONS BASED ON SERVICE OUTPUT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
